Listeners enjoyed a balanced set of melodic house and tech house that weaved together modern and nostalgic sounds. He peppered in a tasteful amount of early 2000s pop remixes and even a track off of FKA Twigs new album Eusexua. His polished mixing and solid sound selection was well rewarded by the dancing crowd. In addition to the more standard DJ feedback, I overheard an excited eventgoer say “the music vibes are great.”
